"Service went very well. Dan called approximately one hour before his arrival to let us know his ETA. Upon arrival, we discussed the issue and he inspected our inside and outside unit. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and went to work on fixing it. He explained the repairs before completing, including the cost. He also left us with recommendations for the future. "Keith was excellent from his first visit to explain what needed to be done on the kitchen drain. Afterwards, I requested a new water heater to be installed. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job.
