"I had the absolute best experience with Sophie's Pest control. After we installed a fridge water dispenser, by drilling holes in the wall, we ended up w/a roach issue. My roommate didn't think a natural treatment would work, but Sophie and her colleague Q knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional, and I like that their products are non-toxic as well as scientifically based. They took care of the problem and I have been wanting to write a review! I wish their company all of the success in the world! Women AND locally owned, kind and professional! "Amazing customer service - We called to see if they could send someone to help us check for a possible rodent in our laundry room. They sent someone that day to set traps in the room and then an inspector out the next day to take care of the rest. The inspection was very thorough - checked the trap in the laundry room, checked the attic as the entrance is in the laundry room (found rat droppings) and then checked the perimeter of the house for possible entry points. Sheldon helped us do the exclusion that day and set the next trap check appointment. These folks are great and highly recommend!"
