"I highly recommend Deck Buddy. Our screened porch (inside and out), deck and stairs were badly in need of cleaning and resealing. We had 4 different companies out here to quote the job. Deck Buddy was by *far* the most professional of the bunch, extremely competent and moreover pleasant to work with. They came exactly on time and were able to answer all my questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work and the products/services they would use/perform. Their bid was neither the highest nor the lowest. Their service tech spent 3 days here cleaning, repairing, and refinishing our porch and deck. It looks like new. I am so pleased. I should add, that when we paid to have this work done before, it did not seem like the other company applied very much product to the wood. Also, in comparison to our earlier experience, Deck Buddy took care to cover all my plants and also the house siding to protect from overspray. We had 5 different companies come out for quotes and Jeff's thorough, no-nonsense explanation of fence types and prices made it an easy choice. When we decided to switch a portion of the fence from picket to picket w/ cap-board, I called Karen expecting the quote to be more expensive but she and Jeff said they could do it for the same price. Despite being told it was a two week wait, I got a call from Karen that they could install it the same week. He is so layed back and calm, no one could EVER feel an ounce of pressure from Tony Alger. He really knows how to design decks! This deck is built like Fort Knox! The attention to detail is unlike any I have ever seen! The rest of our home will fall down way before this deck will ever move! It is EXACTLY what we asked for and we both agree that it is SOOOOO much more beautiful then either of us expected. The workers that came were so professional, kind and just plan jolly!  We were concerned about having "construction workers" around our home as to what there manors would be like. "Mr Saunders provided an on site quote on Tuesday and returned on Thursday to perform the roof cleaning and exterior siding wash.  He explained the limits of what a cleaning could do and I was very satisfied with the results.  During the roof cleaning it was discovered that several vent pipe collars were in need of replacement.  Mr. Saunders offered to replace the collars for what I believe was a reasonable price and performed the work while still on site.  The process was painless and completed to my satisfaction.  I would recommend this company to anyone in need of such services. <br />"
