"I called Pipe Works because the 2nd-floor unit was leaking water from the attic through the ceiling. Pipe Works put in a new unit 4 years ago for the 1st floor completing a fantastic job with no issues so I called them to help with my 2nd floor problem. A representative, "John Sorrentino," came out the same day, and explained we needed to replace the 32-year-old unit, which is what we thought. He explained how we could finance the charges which we needed to do. We also were ready to tell him how our 32-year unit never worked properly cooling or heating the 2nd floor. Before even mentioning this to Mr Sorrentino he already knew the old unit did not have the proper ventilation system and therefore we were probably having issues with the HVAC not cooling and heating the floor efficiently. "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money.
