"Great communication throughout entire process of roof repairs and replacing gutters!!! Would recommend to all my friends and family"

"I hired Charlotte Roofing Specialist to do a roof replacement at my house. The experience was excellent. Both Mike and Holly had great communication skills throughout the install. The crew that performed the roof replacement was very thorough and did a great job cleaning up each day. Overall, it was a 2 day process to complete the roof replacement. I would definitely hire this company again for roof work."

"They had good communication. Todd was very good to work with and with working together with us. The overall quality of work was good. The workers were really good to work with, they would touch up areas that you would see and even willing to come back if we found something later since my husband wasn't home. They wanted to make sure you were happy! I was very satisfied overall. I do have recommendation that when it comes to ensuring paint colors to have someone contact or visit with the client a few days prior to make sure the color choices are good and ready to go."

"Danny and his team were super efficient. They had our gutters installed within one week. I would highly recommend him for roofing and/or gutters!"

"Everything went great and they contacted us after the first day to ensure we were satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend as they were able to get the ascend insulated siding and the product and installation looks great on our house."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Great job done !! One day to replace the roof. Very clean working crew. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful experience. The team arrived on time and worked professionally. They washed 23 windows, each with a storm window clean. They also washed the siding, on a three story house including all the doors and trim to remove years of buildup. The house looks brand new; I thought going to have to paint the house before they came. The team was efficient, each member knowing his job, and well coordinated by the team lead. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends."

"Melvin was quick to contact me and it was easy to set up an
appointment.  Melvin and his coworker came to my workplace and did the
detailing of my SUV in the parking.  I keep my truck pretty clean, but had
never had a full detail.  I have a 2004 Chevy Avalanche with 190,000 miles
and it's in relatively great shape for the year and mileage.
About 4 hours after they arrived, Melvin called my cell to tell me they were
finished.  When I came outside, I couldn?t believe it.  My truck was
looking like new.  There wasn't a nook or cranny that had any dirt or
residue on it.  These guys must have worked their butts off to get my
truck looking this good.
I literally couldn't believe what an awesome job they did.  Even the
engine bay looked like it did when I bought the truck new.
My boss has the same vehicle as I do.  When he saw my truck parked next to
his, he immediately called Melvin to set up an appointment for his own
truck.  Then the manager from the business next door called me to get
Melvin's number, too.
