"The owner Derrick is articulate and doesn't try to hard-sell you. I found him to be forthcoming in discussing the pros and cons of tankless versus tank-style water heaters. I ended up buying a new tank water heater and his guys installed it professionally. They also replaced my worn-out pressure regulator valve for a fair price in a very cramped crawl space. They did such good work that I went ahead and let them install a new kitchen faucet that I had planned to replace myself. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"
