"Excellent. Doc took the Moen shower control valve apart and found that there was a clog in the hot water valve (cold was fine). He went out to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and replaced the defective valve with the new one. The next day I found that our hot water heater wasn't working. Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."

"It went very well. The faucet was installed with one issue. Just make sure all I running correctly before the plumber leaves. I found the stopper was not working properly so I advised the plumber who made the necessary repair and now it works perfectly. I gave a B for promptness as the plumber was late but I did get a call advising that he would be late with an approximate time of arrival. I was pleased with this firm and would definitely use again if the need arose."

We have a severely autistic son that their crew worked around his schedule to minimize the construction impact on his day. We had some additional work performed that included repairing of the drywall damaged by our son, painting of the living room, kitchen, and dining room and installation of recessed lighting in the three spaces.
