"Jay Hills was the pro that did the work on this 35+ year old backyard hose faucet which started dripping from the valve area. I wanted it replaced with a non-freezing faucet. After Jay evaluated the outside and inside of the faucet and feed pipe, he suggested to go with a pro level faucet instead, since the walling around the pipe would need to be removed and replaced in order to access the section inside the house. Cost goes up significantly. But since I put a spigot cover over it during winters, it has never frozen over, so I agreed. He did the replacement in a timely manner, showing me exactly how it was done. He was very professional and friendly, making it a pleasant, no drip, experience."

"Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"Friendly, competent and efficient service ... will hire him again."

"I have been using them for years for all of my plumbing needs. In addition to replacing the sewer line, they have unclogged pipes, and installed a water heater, faucet and gas dryer. They are always very professional and explain what they are doing. They schedule appointments quickly and always show up on time."
