When I called Indeed Pest Solutions, the owner himself talked with me. He agreed to come out the same day. He helped me understand any issue I had, what to do about it and gave me great peace of mind as well. He was professional, courteous, and very well informed. A plus was his clear adherence to covid protocols while working in my home. I highly recommend this service and will use him again if need be. "Derek provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was able to remove a birdâ s nest in my bathroom exhaust fan. Thoroughly cleaned the vent, removed 2 birds that were not able to get out. Came back the following day to replace the outside guard cover that was damaged. Derekâ s customer service went above and beyond when he cleaned out debris from the guard cover next to the one he was replacing and double checked the vent once again before leaving. He also patiently answered my many questions. Because of this A+ service, I will definitely recommend his services to others. Thank you!"
