"After speaking to William Phiefer yesterday, as he thoroughly explained the services Ridd provides, I went with the bugs and insects as I live in the woods and have have trouble with many kinds since moving in 8 years ago. He explained to me how their products work, that it’s safe for the environment , hypoallergenic, fast drying formula and that it flushes the insects out and away from the home. Deandre came to my home today, I asked him to treat indoor and outdoor, he also explained about the formula being fast drying and not harmful to my cat, plants or kids. Before leaving they both asked if I had any questions or concerns , and assured me that I can contact the office anytime with questions or concerns. I left Terminex for this company, while it is $50 more I feel it is worth it , I had been with Terminex 3 or 4 years and would still see insects , which is disappointing. "
