Plunkett's was very responsive from the start. Person came out within a business day or two of my first contact, she very thoroughly inspected the exterior of my house and plugged all the possible mouse-entry homes. This included happily fighting through very painful and thorn-ridden landscaping to make sure she wouldn't miss even an inch of stucco when checking for holes. On the interior, I already had several traps placed in my basement, so the person suggested I skip the full interior service (where they set and check traps) and instead just made recommendations of how I could better place the traps. She also noticed one successful capture and removed it for me. Very hard working and thorough, would call again but hopefully that's not necessary..."

"Happily the 1950's home that we wanted needed only an inspection to qualify for a VA loan. They were very responsive and good to worked with us to make arrangements with the seller's representative for the inspection. The inspection occurred without problem as scheduled. The report was provided promptly so we could meet the lender's deadline for our desired closing. There was a minor mix up on my payment for the service because they didn't bill me at first, but that was easily resolved. All and all a very positive experience. <br />"
