Andrew responded within one hour had called me to set up an appointment and we met the next day. When he arrived at my residence he was very professional and his first words were that he was very sorry that we had to experience the violation of our home. He did reassure me that he would get everything back to normal and would make any additional reccomadations. Andrew then began explaining the process and what we needed to expect within the next few days during construction. It did not take AW construction but a few days to complete the job at hand. Upon completion, Andrew and I conducted a walkthrough to ensure all the work to be performed was completed to my satifacation, and that it was.
