I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to come out and evaluate the roof and explain the key indicators he looks for when making such a judgement. "Russell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case.
