"Omega Animal Removal - did not remedy the situation for which they have been paid. In Sep. 2020, we paid $2500 to Omega Animal Removal to remove squirrels that had broken into our attic. In Nov. 2020, I noticed squirrels had re-entered the attic, so I contacted Omega Animal Removal. Over the span of 4 weeks, I called and texted 5 times without ever receiving a reply. In Dec. 2020, I called the office and they dispatched a tech to my house. He remembered working on the house and agreed that the recent re-entry and damage was aggressive and needed repair. We made an appointment for his return the following week to remove the squirrels and make the repairs. He was a no-show on the appointed date. In Jan. 2021 I called the office again asking why the tech missed the appointment. I still have not received a reply from the tech or the office. I selected Omega Animal Removal based upon positive reviews and their 'lifetime' guarantee. I paid top dollar and yet my rodent problem has not been resolved and I can't get anyone at Omega Animal Removal to address and remedy the situation for which they have been paid. UPDATE 1/23/2021 - Good News- I did hear back from Omega Animal, one day after my posting here. They apologized and dispatched a guy to remedy the hole. I appreciate them taking care of this as advertised. I change their grade from an F to an A. I support them 100% ."

Attiic and roof, identified the access hole they were using and ensured that the attic was vacant of any critters. Dennis identified that we had feral cats making a home in our attic and roof. He closed up that access hole with wire and shingles so they could not get back in. Dennis also surveyed the rest of the roof to determine if we had any other access points. Thankfully none. Dennis did find two kittens hiding in a shady corner of a roof dormer. Dennis captured both kittens carefully and humanely. He also gave us some tips on what to watch for and possible treatments if we notice other pests. He didn't try to push any extra services, but he gave options if we wanted to have something else done. I will definitely set up recurring service."

"On the mosquito part, I'd probably give them a C. On the regular pest control, the guys who come out do a good job of treating the area. We never see any pests or anything. We have a regular guy who comes out, so he's easy to work with, and he takes care of us really well and does a good job. So that keeps us coming back on the pest control side. The mosquito side is, mosquitos are just really bad here in Texas. On the pest control I'd probably give them an A. On the mosquito control I'd give them a C. And the reason on the C, they come once a month and they put their stuff down and the last time the guy came he wasn't real careful and we had some damage to some of our plants from the chemicals. When I call them on the phone they do well."

We have had our current technician for at least five years and, since he knows our house so well, he is very efficient and thorough in addressing any problems. He will return as often as needed if any pests appear between regular visits for no additional fee. He also checks the yard and sprays for fire ants or other critters. We have a separate termite contract with Arrow that is renewable annually."
