"We were very impressed with Omega Animal Removal in Houston.  We had several companies come out and give us proposals for getting rid up the rats in our attic.  We chose Omega because they were one of the few companies that would clean the attic after, and spray to get rid of the bacteria and to make sure that new rats were not attracted to the area.  They were also the only company that got on the roof during the inspection of the house.  The 2 technicians that came to inspect and give the proposal were also the technicians that completed all the work (most companies sent one guy out to sell us on it and then others would come to do the work.)  Omega did everything they promised, they were prompt, cheerful & courteous!  Communication was great, it was easy to set up appointments, and they always returned phone calls quickly.  It took about 2 weeks to complete the whole process and we are very HAPPY to now be rat free and they warranty the work!! :)  We would definitely recommend using Omega Animal Removal in Houston and have already given their name out to friends."
