"The entire process was very smooth. Expert fence installed 400 ft. of 4 t. black Miller aluminum puppy picket fence. Materials arrived ahead of schedule so they were able to install the fence 3 weeks sooner than they had committed. Additionally, we received heavy snow the night before the installation and they spent the first 2 hours shoveling snow to uncover the ground. I would not have expected them to install the fence until the snow melted so I was impressed. Expert even had their own special concrete mix to use in cold weather. They addressed all my questions surrounding installing a fence during the winter months to satisfaction and assured me they had successfully installed fences in the winter before. The entire project was complete in 2 days. Unfortunately, during the installation they did cut through a sprinkler line, however, while they were aware we had a sprinkler system, there was no way for us to mark the underground lines, only the heads; so I can't hold them entirely accountable for that. They laid out the entire fence layout with string lines before they started digging so I could approve it, and also laid out where the fence posts would be so we could ensure there would be no interferences with the sprinkler heads. All the fence posts were dug by hand and were sunk 3 feet. I was impressed with their work, and would recommend them."

"DURING THE FIRST TELEPHONE CALL, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD TRY TO BE OUT WITHIN 36 HOURS, AND WOULD CALL ME AHEAD OF TIME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE EN ROUTE. AFTER SEVERAL DAYS HAD PASSED, AND I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM, I CALLED TO TRY TO DETERMINE WHEN THEY MIGHT COME. DURING THAT PHONE CALL, THE SAME PERSON (I THINK IT WAS THE OWNER) WAS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, TOLD ME HE WAS UNSURE WHEN I'D BE TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT ''THAT SHEET HAD LEFT ALREADY (??)''. HE TOLD ME HE'D CALL BACK LATER THAT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE TECH WOULD COME BUT NEVER DID. I WAS ATTEMPTING TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE COMPANY WHEN THE REPAIRMAN SHOWED UP AROUND 5 P.M., 3 DAYS AFTER I HAD CALLED. THE ONLY REASON I PROBABLY WOULDN'T CALL THEM AGAIN (THE REPAIR WORKED) IS TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THE OFFICE. I GOT THE SENSE THEY WERE MUCH MORE INTERESTED IN INSTALLING NEW FENCES, THAN DEALING WITH LITTLE JOBS LIKE MINE."

I received an estimate in the morning and they were able to install the fence in the afternoon.  my only complaint would be that the install tech did not thoroughly bury all of the cable, so I had to walk around the perimeter afterwards to close/cover the holes where the trencher buried the cable. <br />"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."
