"It was Memorial Day weekend and we were opening up our summer camp for the season. We purchased a new water pump and were unable to get the water going. We called Watertech out of desperation and received a call back within a few hours on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. The fellow apologized for not getting back to me sooner and was at our house within the hour. He checked the pump installation we performed and repaired the check valve at the well point. He was pleasant and efficient. We had called Watertech the year previous for some work and were very pleased with them at that time as well. This is a summer house on a lake that freezes each winter and there are many problems getting the water going in our house. <br /> I also suggested to Watertech that they offer a service to folks like us that would like to have the water turned on in their home prior to arriving at their summer camp.
