"Jai and his team at J&L Pest Control exceeded our expectations on every level! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and customer service orientated. They not only 100% solved our nightmare pigeon infestation issue all over the facade and entrance of our building but they did it in very tasteful discreet manner that was also cost effective. Jai was very thorough during the consultation and provided our coop with the most comprehensive proposal and best warranties (on work and materials) better than 3 other companies we consulted with. Their work and professionalism before, during and after the installation are exemplary. I continue to recommend them to our block association, friends and neighbors for any type of pest control and prevention."

"Exterminex was responsive. professional, courteous, fair in price, and mindful to my situations. I have dealt with other pest manage companies and no others compare. Would highly recommend! Thank you again for your excellent customer service!"

"We had a bird in our vent and Nicholas came over the same day we called Pestify and assessed the situation. They made sure that the bird was out, and then covered the vent so it could not get back in. We had great communication throughout the entire process and they were very knowledgeable."

"Very pleasant to deal with and made appointment and arrived on time and completed the task."

"Mr. Quinones was punctual and professional. He gave two treatments that significantly put.a dent in the rodent population. I haven't seen any living rats lately. My husband has found several dead ones. If you are looking for an excellent pest control company, I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE ONE STOP PEST SERVICES."

"Vector Wildlife and Pest Control is a 5 STAR SERVICE! Jesse came to our home, evaluated the **Bat** situation behind our chimney. "The professional exterminators were careful and conscientious and courteous. I am delighted to be free of pests in my home."

"The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself. This is the best of both worlds for me, because it allows me to make the choice between saving money or saving myself the trouble. He also discussed the construction and certain new home features, and provided multiple photos taken of the home. it was a pleasure working with him.

"The sales were great and the young man that always came out to service was great.  They were even very pleasant to speak with on the phone.
Availability was tough, when there was an issue the service person would only be in my area one day per week, so if it happened on a Thursday, I would have to wait until Tuesday to see them.
I had an ant problem and it never really was resolved. I had the top package offered with everything except termite protection, yet when it was suggested to have stakes placed in the ground with some repellent or bait, they would not do it unless I paid extra. Pretty certain that should have been included in my plan. I even heard a "whisper" from one employee that it should be included in my plan.
When it came time to re-up my yearly service, the price increased by $200. After searching around, I phoned them and left a voicemail asking someone to call me back regarding the increase of the price and I never heard from them again.  Therefore I never phoned them again.
I would have used them again if the price could have remained the same and if they could have just included the in-ground stakes. I like the idea of eco friendly pest services and have used that type in previous locations, but this was the only one I could find in my area.
