"Each quarter this company alternates the exterior treatment and the interior treatment for pests.  Two (2) quarters ago we got a notice they would be here for exterior pest control.  Nobody came...when I got the invoice I called and they said that they had indeed been here.  When I asked how they got in the backyard because the gates are locked, the reply was that the service person should have left a notice on the door.  (We office at home and have parents living here, so there is someone here all the time during business hours.)  They did show up a couple of dayvs later and treated the backyard. <br /> The interior treatment last quarter when as planned and the service was good. <br /> This quarter when we got the notice that they would be here for exterior treatment the week of May 13  - 17 we watched and waited for them.   Nobody showed up here and we were sure to have at least two people here during business hours the entire week.  We have now been invoiced for the visit that didn't happen. <br />"
