They were very knowledgeable and kept my informed thru every step. 94° didn't slow them down. I got out my pop-up canopy for shade (their old one had blown away on a prior job). "I (Eric Shrode) operate a Home repair & maintenance business and was representing a client at the address listed.  The property has a second story deck that had some water damage to the sub-floor which needed to be repaired and the deck covering repaired or replaced.

"Great....replaced the hot/cold valve's at the washing machine, checked all connections, and tested for leaks. Patched the drywall area that was effected by the leak/bad valves too. Assessed two old toilet water intake lines (at my request) and able to replace during the visit as well as one water valve to toilet line needed replacement due to its age and poor function. Very professional and reasonably priced for quality of work."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
