"Very disappointed in West Shore Home. We had a bathroom shower installed, and they have had to come back three times to re-install it due to shotty workmanship. The work is subpar, especially for the price you pay and communication was not great, with promises made when talking to sales, and then days going by with no attention to our account. In addition, we had to provide materials to the team who showed up to do the work. After the first install, we had a large leak as a result of the plumbing work done. I will say, Mike the master plumber was great! He was knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away! Our initial install was in June, and we are still waiting in September for them to come repair the ceiling where the leak occurred. Lots of cancellations, with excuses at the last minute, and several times someone arrived, but they did not have the correct materials to do the job. Given the high cost of there product, really this is all been a huge disappointment!"

"It went really well. They were there when they said they were going to be. They left an accurate time line for how long the job is going to take and completed it within that estimated amount of time. They basically listened to everything I said that I wanted and it came out perfectly and as we expected. We're really happy with them taking what we anted and what we said we wanted and actually making it happen. Our Sales person, Ben Brown, did a really good job leasing between the workers. He's very attentive, listened to everything that we wanted and oversaw the job very well."

"We are very pleased with our entire project with Superior Bath. John took a lot of time with us in the planning and selecting phase. Work was completed in less than the time specified and the installer, Aaron was great to work with. Had a problem with the toilet after three months and they were great about coming back to fix it. The fix didn’t work though and instead of messing with another repair, they just replaced it with a brand new one. We would definitely recommend this company."

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"We just had our upstairs bathroom completely remodeled Springer came out super fast gave us a responsible quote for the work and got start pretty quickly. The crew members were super professional and polite and did fantastic work. Duane the ower was super nice and came out to the house after it was done to make sure we were happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects. The work they did was well worth the money we paid it most certainly added value to our home.
