"Sprinkler control was showing an error in zone 1 (Wednesday). After calling, a technician was available to come out within the week (Friday). He arrived and looked at diagnosing the issue, and he identified an exposed wire (that had been present since installation 10+ years prior) as the problem. The unit was working then, and he replaced two heads he found were not functioning properly while doing a system review. The following morning (Saturday), the system again reported the same error in zone 1. Called them on Monday and they sent out a new technician (Wednesday) who properly diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve in zone 1. After it was replaced the system has been working fine."
