He indicated that he didn't really have the time, and said it was probably the leaves. Even if it was the leaves, I would think that it would be part of a courtesy to a costumer who paid nearly $2500 to just stop by for 15-20 min if only to just put my mind at ease, but alas no. There seemed to be little concern or care about after service."

To make up the time, Summit scheduled a crew to be at my home on a Saturday at 7:30am. They arrived promptly and completed what was originally scheduled for be a 2+ day job in one day! The workmanship is solid quality. The owner came by the day after the job was complete and walked around the house with me. He took care of minor marks on the house and replaced a piece of siding that has been damaged (no questions). Sean also persevered with me when something didn't seem right with the porch (metal) roof. He re-adjusted the height of my gutter to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. I am!
