"We couldn’t be more satisfied with John’s work! He’s a true expert who has handled bat issues for years, and it really shows. John used specialized tools to guide the bats out safely—no harm, no mess, and no contact. The entire process was quick, efficient, and completely worry-free. What impressed us most was hisprofessionalism and attention to detail. After solving the bat problem, he even helped fix our gutter to prevent future issues. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Highly recommended!"

"Jeremy was great. I put in a request near midnight, and he responded right away. He was on time, friendly, and quickly got the chipmunk out of my house. His price was also the lowest of all the quotes I received. I highly recommend him and will absolutely call him again if needed."

"After moving into my house a few weeks ago, I recently found a birds nest over my porch. Afraid that their may be an egg in it, I dare not to disturb it. However the birds at night started to drive me crazy. After contacting Calvin about it, he came out two days later to not only remove the nest, but also install spikes over both of my pillars to prevent the birds from building again. It was a beautiful sight seeing the birds attempt to come home the night of my service, and fly around in circles, confused. The service was quick and professional. The team even surprisingly pressure washed the dried up bird poop on my porch. It's very hard to find the customer service and support that I received from Absolute Exterminating Services. I'll definitely refer this team to anyone looking for pest control."

"Nick was great evaluating the problems and explaining the procedure. Chris and the cleanup crew were friendly and thorough, answering all questions and doing the little things that they cared about the project. Great job, great group...the bat cave is empty."

"We had been working with another company for four months but they were unable to solve our issue. John from Natures Balance came over the same day we requested a quote. He inspected our home and pointed out trouble areas with the work done by the previous Company. He completed the work and even offered to contact the company and provide pictures of the incomplete work. We are extremely happy to be rid of the unwanted pests and highly recommend this company."

"I contacted Total Animal Control, LLC because I knew a squirrel was in the attic. Tech thoroughly checked the attic to evaluate situation and confirmed the presence of a squirrel. A trap was set the same day. Tech came out the next day to check the trap and the squirrel was in it. Thankful for Total Animal Control for transparency and not giving me a laundry list of items I needed to do. I recommend and would use them again."
