"Very poor customer service and follow through after they get paid.  They did the whole bid process over the phone and email and never once came to our property.  This made me nervous, but they came highly recommended.  When I questioned this, I was told not to worry they do most of their bids by email when the gate is preexisting and our job was ?pretty straight forward? and I could count on them to take care of their customers.  <br /> NOT TRUE!! "Great. Everyone involved were very professional. But, also like family. We have a beautiful new cedar fence that was completed today. Jose and his family work crew were very kind. Also, Jose would keep me updated on what was being done and would check with me if the fence was looking how I wanted to look. Actually it is better. Over the last few days neighbors have driven by very slow looking. Also have had a several people comment on how we have a very nice fence. Thank-you to all for the hard work. He and his crew worked efficiently to remove old fence and get the yard closed in again. I have a big yard with lots of new plants. They moved materials and equipment carefully without damaging my plants. We had an issue with some unsatisfactory pickets which he fixed willingly. The fence looks great. Gates are solid well-built. Thorough clean up too. Eric was very professional and helpful in this big project. I would hire him again and have already passed his name on to a number of friends."

"Jeff and his crew are very skilled at construction and detailed oriented. They knew exactly what had to be done to finish building our new home and made sure that the work was done right. They handled all the arrangements with new and old subs, as well as making sure the inspections were called appropriately. They took the time to explain the problem areas that needed correction, and made good suggestions on the details needed, based on the location of the neighborhood. The reason for the B in price, is that it cost us more than he estimated it would cost his time to finish the project, because coming along as a second builder, he could only charge by his time and material. We would have liked to have had a general bid for the entire project up front, but we were lucky to have someone of Jeff's high standards agree to finish the project in the first place and that was the way he wanted to do business. It took them extra time to complete all the items needed to get the project near completion. We found it easy and educational working and communicating with Jeff and his crew."
