Persi Homes was very organized and on top of the entire project, from the planning stage of drafting the plans to the most minor details of the last stages like the cabinet handles. We expanded the kitchen, added a new roof over the new area, and remodeled the powder room downstairs, alongside the entire flooring of the downstairs area, and I got zero change orders from them, so we finished precisely on budget. The timeline was also pretty spot on, just 2 weeks after their expected finish time, but most of the delay was due to the window suppliers shipping later than promised.
