"This one is for the skeptics: During a remodel we discovered that the largest room in our house was completely un-insulated between ceiling and roof. I still doubted. I climbed the ladder. It looked like a huge amount of insulation but how could I know that the insulation I saw was not just gathering around the hole. "I first connected with Oberjoch via Facebook, then made a reservation over the phone.  We dropped our dogs (Remy and Vanessa) off on our way to Watkins Glen, NY.  The employees at the desk were very friendly, efficient and professional when we checked the dogs in.  Oberjoch also has a big grooming business and the dogs we saw that had been groomed looked great.  It's clear these folks know how to work with animals.  They wrote the feeding instructions we gave them for Vanessa on her file.  They were careful to ensure that our dogs' vaccinations were up-to-date, and they made careful note of our vet's contact information.  I had no reservations about leaving our dogs there, and Oberjoch encouraged us to call anytime, whether we had questions or just wanted to see how the dogs were doing. <br /> When we arrived to pick them up four days later, the dogs were happy, healthy and acting like their normal selves.  It was clear they had been well cared for. <br /> Boarding at Oberjoch was less than half the cost of boarding here at home in DC, and they also provide high-quality dog food.  At home I have to supply food and treats on top of the boarding fee. <br /> If we are ever in need of dog boarding in the Williamsport area again, Oberjoch is my first phone call."
