"They were my second quote and Mr. Shumaker, himself, came out to give it to me. As soon as we met he said we were family and he meant it. I needed super quick turn-around when we left our dog at a new kennel and he came home with flea infestation. First time in his 3.5 years. It was all over our house in a matter of a week.
