"To begin with, I was so pleased with the lady who answered the phone. She got me an appointment quickly and was sympathetic about my bug invasion. 
 The technicians arrived promptly. They set out ant bait (the stuff you can't get at Home Depot), sprayed inside and out, and within an hour my ant problem was history.
They also treated my yard for gophers and found and removed a bee hive further out in the yard that was lurking in the sprinkler control box. These treatments were additional cost items.
Dave is the fellow who comes when I have any new issues. He is very helpful and courteous. 
The only limitation I've had with Hearts is one time I had a bee invasion in my house, and because of the location (so close to where the ceiling and roof met), Hearts couldn't help me. I called "The Bee Guy" who helped me.
Something to keep in mind is that each location is its own franchise. The people (management, dispatch and technicians) at the Rancho Bernardo location are different than the others.

"Great, Bill was on time and friendly and gave me a great estimate for termite treatment where we didn't have to tent our home which was nice since it isn't my neighbors business what pest issue I had and a big tent over my house kinda gives that away. "Everything went very well from start to finish.  When I told Jeremy that I could hear flapping sounds when I was in our exercise room, he immediately told me what needed to be done.  We set up a time for the next day, he came on time, inspected and reviewed the actions items to take.  We agreed and he put the screening in place and hung the net.  A few days later, he came to remove the net and put screening on that vent.  Our problem was solved.
Before calling the Wildlife Specialist, we had called another vendor with good reviews on Angie's List.  That was a total waste of money.  That guy inspected, but his action plan was to set traps and then provide us with names to call to have the work done.  His handyman was unable to do anything and the other action items were obvious.  We couldn't even understand the action items because he kept contradicting himself. Although we had purchased a 4-week service, we told him that we didn't want him coming back and we agreed on a price for the one week's work.
Jeremy's communication skills are excellent and he does the work himself.  I highly recommend him.
