He reached out very quickly with a phone call. I explained what I thought the issue was…as we were talking, he asked if he could stop by that day to take a look at the issue. After he looked over the area, he succinctly told me what the problems areas were and what he would do to fix them. He was awarded the job but said he probably couldn’t get to it for 3-4 days. He took pictures of the problem areas and showed them to me (the day before), and when he was done with the repairs he also took pictures to show me his work.
