"Billy with Patriot Appliance is the worse and most dishonest repair person I have ever met. On Sunday Nov 30, I noticed the refrigerator was at 50 and the freezer 39, Called him for repair. Stated he had to get a part without really knowing the issues and he would be out on Monday. He brought an invertor that did not look new and charged $470.00 The refrigerator/freezer did not cool down. He removed the part on Dec 2 telling me it was warranted and he was returning $385.00 He told me he was bringing check on Jan 8. He has not returned any money or answered calls or text. He has stolen the return. I have registered a complaint with the Attorney General for consumer fraud. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON."

"Robert came and fixed my washer. Which gave me peace of mind since another company came 3 times and just stood there and said they had to replicate the problem; they never did. I told them something was burning. Anyway, Robert came, ran the machine and found the problem. If I ever have another problem, I will not hesitate to call him. Very happy with him."

"Sam was wonderful! He arrived in a couple of days, to inspect my dryer, and to figure out what parts he needed. He was here about a half hour with an estimate. He came back the very next day with the parts, and installed them and cleaned everything with my dryer. Once again, within a half hour. My 20 year old dryer is like new! He is very nice, polite, well spoken, very clean and neat, on top of being very knowledgeable, and fast, but not reckless. He is precise and logical. No fooling around. I highly recommend him, and would hire him again in a second!"
