"Another great experience with Vanguard. My main water line to the house sprung a leak at 2pm on a Saturday. I have used Vanguard in the past and was very happy with them, so I called and got an appointment for Monday and was OK being without water for a day or so. David (tech) texted me 30 min later and said he could come earlier on Monday which was great, and when I explained what was happening in more detail, he offered to come out right then, on a Saturday! "They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. I was in the military for over 30 years and not even one time I experienced anything like that"
