The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. The following day he came by and gave the bid. Once I got the bid, they didn't show up on the day they said they would do the work and came the following Monday.
