A to Z pest control reached back out to me and the next day had a technician at my house to do an assessment and come up with a treatment plan. Andrew came out and inspected my whole house, front and backyard and came up with a treatment plan to get rid of the fleas and major problem infestations right away and the. A recurring preventative schedule to keep from having future issues. He was able to explain how everything worked and answer all of my questions without making me feel like I was an annoyance. The treatment went exactly like they said it would. They showed up to every appt on time and were always very respectful and pleasant to deal with. Very happy with the whole experience."

They wanted to sell me a very expensive plan of pest and varmint problem here. Setting a trap in the attic was secondary to them, but they did it. I wasn't overly happy with them. He was very polite when he came in. They came out right away. I called to find out when they were going to back out and they said they would call me back. The service guy came out really late. His primary purpose of coming out was to sell me a very expensive plan. If you're ready to spend $100's of dollars in pest control then I would recommend them. They will do the trap and get the squirrels out. I had to insist on it. They did bring the equipment and got rid of him. It was a good price. I would not use them again."
