"Here on time. No messing around. Cleared the drain, paid and gone. Nice."

"They were prompt, efficient, kept to the time limit so the cost was very reasonable. They did the best they could to clear the drain even though it was a tough one."

"We had a plugged kitchen sink on Thanksgiving eve- bad timing! Carlos came 45 min after I called, did a professional assessment of the problem, and was able to clear the blockage quickly. Very friendly and helpful. He does all drain and septic issues, and I will certainly call Rooter Tech LLC. again for plumbing issues. Highly recommend."

"I had a great experience with Ned! He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. Ned explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and got the job done efficiently. The quality of his work was excellent, and I really appreciated how respectful and clean he was while working. I would definitely recommend Ned to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber!"

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"I hired them because I have a reoccurring drain problem. It was my understanding they were going to do a 100 ft clearing, but he only did 6 ft. which I could do myself, I have one of those. I was sick in bed at the time, so I did not have the energy to argue with him. He worked downstairs in my apartment for my tenant. She liked him. Not sure it was his fault. Maybe he was not given the information when I called in."

"Super customer service, quick scheduling, competent and personable plumber, and seemed pricey ($700 to clear clogged washer drain in under an hour). I would use them again for plumbing, but would want to explore other quotes first to confirm their prices are in line with the local industry."

"James gave a clear explanation of the process he would use to clean the air ducts and followed through efficiently. Don't think I could have asked more from him in this service. Reasonable pricing."

"Technician quickly found the problem and cleared the clogged drain. Be prepared that the cheapest work will cost over $500. They were the first to respond to my problem."
