I gave him a B for punctuality, because he missed our first appointment--but I will give him a pass because it was scheduled shortly after Hurricane Sandy, and I understand everyone's schedules were a little crazy (mine included). However, Glen apologized profusely for the error and fit us into the schedule for the very next day, and arrived promptly at the appointed time.
