"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Above expectations!!!!! This company blew it out of the park when it came to correcting my drain problems! I was on a tight schedule and needed help asap and they were able to get to me and fix the problem the same day!!! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and if I have any problems in the future I won’t hesitate to contact them again!!!"

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"George and his assistant were wonderful. George took his time and made sure the job was done right. He was fair and honest. I absolutely would use their services again as well as recommend them to others."

"Great experience with this company with the remodeling at my property, totally recommended, there were responsible, professional and diligent on timely manner, nothing bad to say, everything was as expected."

"A recent Culligan rental customer of 5 years I did my research and knew the features I was looking for in a new system. Like other reviewers I found $1000 water softener systems costing 2 -3 times that amount. Matthew inquired about my water concerns and responded the next day with very reasonable and detailed estimates. He didn't try to up sell me on a more expensive system or include features I didn't need. I noticed almost immediate results with my water after installation. I recommend his company for your water softener solutions as well as those using Clack control valves."

"He did a good job installing the weather striping around the doors.  One door wasn't in the frame correctly and he fixed that.
They sent someone by to check on his work.  That guy talked to us about the air tightness of our home, which is great.  He kept trying to find something wrong.  It is a newer home.  He mentioned we should put energy film on one window.  I looked the film up online and found it at Home Depot.  He told us that they had to do it because "if one speck of dust is on the film" it will compromise the integrity.  One speck of dust? This isn't an ER or clean room.  He was really pushing to try and sell something else.
Because of the salesman that came 'to make sure the door work was correct' is why we won't use this company again.

"We had quarts countertops installed and tile work in the kitcken and three bathroom remodeled with quarts countertops installed as my project. I am extremely satisfied with how well they communicated with me. The various work crews were polite, professional, and highly skilled. The level of detail to ensure the project ran smoothly from the demolition, installation, and clean up was beyond my expectations. This is a top notch organization and would be the first company I will call for future projects."
