He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."
