Jacob N. was extremely thorough, took his time & explained everything very clearly to me. He said if we weren't able to completely remove/eliminate our problems on the first go-around, they would come back out as many times as necessary (my wife is pregnant & they can't use the strongest stuff). Professional, interactive, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Can't ask for anything more! Highly recommend."

"The inspector was polite and friendly, and offered a lot of helpful advice regarding our new home beyond the standard termite inspection. For example, he showed me entry points throughout the home that I should reseal to keep mice out, and named the product I could use as a sealant and gave me guidance as to how to work with it, but also left me with a card in case I didn't want to deal with it myself. This is the best of both worlds for me, because it allows me to make the choice between saving money or saving myself the trouble. He also discussed the construction and certain new home features, and provided multiple photos taken of the home. it was a pleasure working with him.
