"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there. "The man who actually did the job couldn’t,t have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and worked hard and effectively. The price for the job was more then fair. That being said I was told a time frame and they were 1 1/2 hours late. I called to find out where they were no one called me. I had originally asked to have the cesspool pumped and they showed up without the pump truck. Not what I had asked for and no one discussed it with me in advance. We ended up going with aeration instead and that seems to have worked."
