"We were advised that entire project would take four to five days to complete. Project began on August 21 and was completed on October 10. Don did a great job installing the granite shower and vanity sink. However, Granite Transformation has different vendors for the other jobs, i.e. shower door installation, cabinet refacing, plumbing and we had to hire our own electrician to install a light sold to us by GT. Some of their vendors were late for their appointments for measuring and other prelimary work. The GT office never contacted us to set up any appointments. I had to call to find out what the schedule was. The problems on the job included the plumber coming back to fix leaks caused by improper installation, wrong cabinet doors being sent by supplier and GT ordering wrong fixtures. The major problem that we experienced was Gratine Transformation was their failure to see that the job was done within a reasonable time. Their handling of our project was haphazard and lackadasical. We are pleased with the results but it took a long time to get all aspects of the project completed. Sometimes it seemed like the right hand didn’t know what the left was doing or just didn’t care."

I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"Frank McKinney is a fun, caring man who takes his business very seriously. Frank and worker came to my rental and repaired it free of charge. This roof was done by a company that went out of business. They found the problem, fixed it immediately and did not charge me. They then looked at the roof on another house that they did do, determined the problem and made arrangements to correct it. I would not only use this company again, (which I will be when I am ready to put a roof on another property) but would recommend them to any one. They were on time, fun but professional, quick and explained everything making it easy to understand. I just can not adequately express my full appreciation for Frank and company.

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."
