The second was to install a water softener system Again, good price and work. The third time was as a second opinion on a serious water leak not related to the softener installation. The first company stated an entire replumb necessary. Ortega diagnosed and repaired in 5 hours for a very low price. They are prompt, reliable, very reasonable cost, take pride in their work and will not leave until the job is finished and well done. They even clean up after the job! Needless to say, I will not use any other company."

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
