"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again."

"Project went great! Billy the installer worked with us and had good ideas, solved any problems he encountered and did an excellent job with installation and finish work. Gary our salesman, was also very helpful with planning and layout and recommended a tile installer that did an amazing job.
Thomas Kitchens also gutted and remodeled our entire kitchen this past summer and again did an excellent job. We are very happy with all the work Thomas Kitchens has done for us.

"From start to finish Gennaro and his team were beyond excellent. Friendly and very hardworking, they were happy to answer any questions and kept us informed of the work being done with explanations on how it was being done. Our home is built on an uneven concrete slab and in terrible condition where we could not lay flooring without the issue being fixed. Well Gennaro and his team fixed the issue, levelled our floor and laid approximately 400sq ft of tile. My explanation doesn't go anywhere near to say how much work this actually was but they handled it very quickly. I will definitely hire Gennaro again for any future work I need doing, and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants quality work done in their home or business. "PRO: For installing an interior French drain, while it was pouring outside, the crew was extremely clean. Both my yard and interior of my house was left with only minor evidence of the work. PRO: The initial consultation with Phil Thistle was informative and provided me with piece of mind in terms of the project and projected outcome. It seemed as though we would have support throughout the project. PRO: Owen Dan Kelly is very dedicated to the quality of his company and the work they do. Once he found out about some of the concerns I had with the project, he remedied them immediately. I was very impressed with the attention he provides his customers. CON: Communication. Up to the install, I was in constant contact with the company about timing and expectations. However, as soon as the install began and then directly after, I was on my own. There seemed to be no one overseeing the install, just the crew doing the work. Also, there were miscommunications about the project throughout the install; the crew was asking me for direction on installation steps I have no background on. CON: Support. Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."
