"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!"

"My plumber?s name is Robert. He didn?t just do a good job but an excellent job. Why I said this. It?s already hard waking up in the morning. When all of a sudden you don?t have hot water. Called them and within the time frame he gave over the phone he was there on the dot. Gave me a reasonable price and replace my water heater. Excellent job."

"Franco, reached out via text shortly following my post for this project. Although it wasn’t an emergency it was urgent for me that the clog in my sink was fixed as soon as possible. It was around 720pm when I asked if he could come on short notice, and he replied that he could drop by shortly. He assessed the clog and attributed the issue to my garbage disposal unit. He had new replacement in his van and provided a reasonable quote. He went straight to work and was mindful to wear shoe covers in the house as well as kept the work area clean. High praises for Franco as he was friendly, professional and efficient. After the job was done payment was very easy with Zelle. He even took a moment to answer some questions I had about replacing my toilets. 100% I’d hire Franco again and refer him business"

"Tyler was awesome and originally we thought we'd just need a faucet water hose to be looked at, but he discovered the real source of the issue and was able to fix that. He then discovered a few other things that had been/were leaking and took care of all of that in the time he was at the house. A very honest person, had high integrity, was polite and very professional. He was able to answer a lot of questions we had and made us feel confident in his abilities to get he job done right. I'd definitely hire again for any plumbing needs."

"This was the company I was assigned to with my home warranty. They repaired a toilet pump and hot/cold water valves/ pipes to my washing machine. The company communicated very well and completed the job in a timely manner. The technician was very nice and informative. Highly recommend."

"Showed up promptly and fixed the leaking under-the-kitchen-sink pipes very efficiently with new gaskets and elbows. They cleaned everything thoroughly before departure."

"J Drains repaired the faucet"

"Jesus came to my rescueâ ¦ I thought it was waterlines and it turned out necessary to rebuild all the drainage pipes under the sink. Timely and value priced!"

"Rommel was on time - He put on some booties as to not dirty our rug ( which I thought was very courteous and cute!  )  He went straight to work and found out the problem - He took out the old faucet and pieces. he also told me to get some sealant for around the sink.  My mother decided to replace the faucet ourselves.  I would call Rommel again for any type of plumbing problem - Thank you for being so honest and courteous!

"It ended up all that had to be done was plug in the existing sump pump in the new house we bought, but the service person was very nice and professional, and we weren't charge for the visit. They could have told us it wasn't working and we needed a whole new system, if they were dishonest. I can't speak to their actual installation, since we were lucky enough to not need it, but if we did need a new system I would certainly have them back."
