"I called because I could not turn off the hot water. They said, someone, would be there within 2 hours. The plumber arrived in less than 90 minutes. He was neat and clean. He set right to work. After 15 minutes or so he had taken apart the old faucet tried to make a repair but the faucet was not repairable - not surprising since the faucet was quite old. I asked if he could replace the faucet but the one I wanted he did not have on his vehicle. He called the office and they had one in stock. He was gone about 40 minutes. He installed the new faucet in about 20 minutes. He cleaned up after himself."

We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. Robert was the first to respond to my request for a plumber and came by -- in person -- the same day to observe the problem (wet spot on lawn) and gave me two estimates to repair -- best case and worst case. Both estimates (IMO) were fair and reasonable. I hired him on the spot. He came by on schedule the next working day, and quickly repaired the water line at the agreed upon price. problem solved.
