"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"It worked out better. He's been back several times. He keeps in touch. He called just yesterday when I told him that one of the mice came out and I killed it. It's excellent. He's very efficient, very courteous and very on time. He gets back with me to see what's happening. It's not cheap but you get your money's worth. He was really on the dot. He's very professional."

"Our crawl spaces are very expansive. It took a day for the workmen to clean the areas, remove the insulation, pour the concrete, and set-out traps to make sure that there wasn't any new animal activity in our crawl space. A week later, the workmen came to check the traps and then install new wall and ceiling insulation. The workmen were punctual, diligent, courteous, and tidy. It's great to finally have the area cleaned-up and knowing that we'll have minimal, if any, future animal and rodent activity. We also signed-up for RRS's annual maintenance program at a very reasonable cost. Our biggest shout out is for owner James. He was outstanding to work with - honest, responsive, professional, and very considerate in working with us on the payment arrangements. I highly recommend Reliable Rodent Solutions!"
