"We had foundation piers in our crawl space and 3 pumps with drain gutters installed in our basement in October. They had to come back in July because water was seeping into the basement from another area. They scheduled the additional work quickly. Conan and Charles added the additional gutter to the existing gutter and did not have to put in another pump with outside drain. The work invoice was adjusted to a lower cost, and we are satisfied . Time will tell if our basement stays dry. Wish they had done all the gutter work originally , as it is noisy and dusty , Thanks , especially Conan!"

"Pure Water Pure Air LLC did an initial installation a year of a HomeGuard Water Softener which has worked out very well. They recently completed an inspection and tuned the system and helped educate us on proper use. Responded quickly, knowledgeable, patient and polite and most importantly professional. "These were really nice guys and they did a good job but they're were a few areas where they could improve. The shower water blender is reversed, so hot and cold are switched from what it says on the hardware. The outdoor water spigot was installed without screws so it swivels slightly. We can fix that easily but they should have secured it with screws. They needed to leave to get a party, and both went. It would have been more efficient our one stayed to do the other repair while the other went shopping. More efficient and more economical to save time on the job. These were really nice young guys, respectful and responsive."
