"I recently had an underground sprinkler system installed by pacific General Contracting out of Ephrata, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Luis and team were incredibly punctual and showed up exactly when they said they would, which is something I really appreciated. Luis is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I understood how everything worked and what to expect. His attention to detail and strong work ethic were obvious-he worked hard the entire time and made sure the job was done right. He was also very responsive whenever I had questions, both during and after the installation, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
