"Our new sunroom is impressive, beautiful craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, replacing an old sunroom. All the windows were wiped clean before they left as well as the ceiling. The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. We chose the windows floor to ceiling and you can see the ornamental grass through it, a beautiful look. The installers were friendly and easy to talk with. We love it! Highly recommended! A++"

"I'm very pleased with Ted Naydan. He explained/showed me his credentials/license before starting. He took the time to show me all information from start to finish. I went to Patio Enclosures and Ted gave me a tour of the Sun-Rooms & the place of business at Patio Enclosures. He worked with me on a budget that I could afford on getting my room. I would most recommend him as first choice if anyone is seeking to have an add on to their home."

"Top-notch! Custom Works built a large patio, wall, fire pit, and beautiful stairs in our back yard. We were impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process. Glen walked us through the different materials and building options based on our budget. Nich was professional in all of his emails and responded quickly when we wanted to increase the size of the patio. The building team was 100%! They were efficient and did beautiful work. We absolutely love how everything turned out and would contract Custom Works again without hesitation."

"Contractor did excellent work. Asked before any needed change was done. Over the several days it took to complete re-decking the surface and replacing the stairs , when finished for the day he removed all of the debris from each day so none was accumulated in the yard."

"<p>We found Dave Rutch/Precision Remodeling on Angie's List and were impressed with the reviews. Our project consisted of replacing all the interior hollow-core doors in our condo with new, Mission-style solid-wood doors that would be sized and fitted with hardware on site, installed and then painted in place. We contacted Dave in June of 2014 about the project and he met with us at the condo on June 20th to discuss the project and take measurements. He made sensible recommendations, like trim surrounds where they didn't exist previously, which became part of the project. He followed up with a preliminary estimate later that month, and after some further communication and clarifications, the agreed upon estimate became the final contract dated July 18, 2014. Besides selecting the design and material of the doors (but not the manufacturer), we also selected the hardware (here we did specify a manufacturer as we particularly liked the knob sets they offered). Dave provided the hardware estimate separately, which was fine, and it was converted to a change order later on, in compliance with the contract. It was our preference to have Dave order everything--the doors and the hardware--through his supplier, since it seemed simpler from a logistical standpoint. And we felt comfortable having Dave handle these various components, as he was professional, competent, communicative and detail-oriented.</p> <p> </p> <p>The project started in early October, once the doors and hardware arrived and once we were able to be available. Everything was delivered to our condo, and Dave was on hand for that and to introduce the project to his installer and employee, Bill. Though some doors had to be exchanged due to wrong size, damage or defect, Dave took care of that with the supplier, and the necessary reordering was done. This set the project back a bit, but we couldn?t fault Dave for that (the overall project, with the time add-ons for reordering and replacing some of the doors, was completed in January 2015).</p> <p> </p> <p>Bill, the installer, was punctual, a problem solver and a hard worker. He sized and sanded the doors, installed the hardware and then hung the doors. It was labor-intensive work, and there were the challenges of door openings that had changed or were out-of-plumb (30-year-old building). Bill knew his stuff, took pride in his work, and was eager to please. Generally, he was careful, but there were a couple of mishaps?however, Dave made good on those things. </p> <p> </p> <p>Next came the painting. The painter of the doors, Phil, was a subcontractor of Dave's. Phil, who usually had at least one worker with him, was professional, punctual and careful to make sure the door hardware remained paint-free (since the installation of the doors came first, he had to paint the doors in place). However, in the beginning, there were issues with some of his work. Some of the brushstrokes Phil used in the recessed panels were perpendicular to each other, and this created a sort of ?shadowbox? visual effect. Also, there were small areas under the doors where paint got on some of the carpeting, and it was obvious where he had to clean it up. However, after bringing these things to Dave?s attention and after Dave did a walkthrough with Phil and us, we noticed an all-around improvement in Phil?s work and his use of throws/plastic sheeting to catch any paint in the carpeted areas. While his work was satisfactory in the end, we get the impression that he is more comfortable painting flat, slab doors rather than unprimed, recessed-panel, solid-wood doors like ours that demand a high level of finish.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dave was great with communication and developing a schedule that accommodated our schedules, and anytime there was a little hiccup during the course of the project, he made it right and wanted to make sure we were happy. We are pleased with the overall project and Dave?s high level of customer service.</p> <br />"

"I really liked working with this company. Their estimate was reasonable for what we needed done, and we really liked the look of the sunrooms that they build (pictures on website). The work was done quickly and my husband and I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. There were a couple of hold-ups with some loose ends with the porch, but the company provided appropriate compensation when that happened. Their owners and other workers have been personable and responsive. There was one worker who did not show up to work on another job I had discussed with the owner, but I was informed that he was let go. I would recommend using Elite Decks for anyone who wants a beautiful, open, 3-season sunroom. <br />"

"Positives: The design work was great. We spoke with several kitchen companies before deciding to go with VKB, and Joe, the designer we worked with, put the most effort into hearing what our goals were and creating a creative plan for us. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and had a good eye to notice things that we hadn’t considered. He also offered helpful suggestions regarding cabinets, countertops, paint colors, etc. We were happy with the finished product. Negatives: The biggest issue we encountered was a lack of communication. We discussed various issues with the designer, but these frequently were not communicated to the actual workers doing the job. For instance, when the workers showed up on the first day, they didn’t actually have the plans for what was being done with the kitchen, and we had to explain the job to them. Joe offered to add lighting inside our closet, and we contacted him and said to go ahead and do it, but that information was not communicated to the workers until it was really too late, so it was never done. Sometimes it was 48 hours before we would hear back from Joe when we contacted him with a question during the process of the remodel. Because a lot can happen in two work days, this was sometimes problematic. The second issue we encountered was that when speaking about the project beforehand, words like “plumber” and “electrician” were used, but no plumbers or electricians were actually employed; general contractors did all the work. As a result, we felt uneasy about the quality of the work that was being done. For instance, the evening after our sink was hooked up, it came disconnected while we were using it, with the result that water was spewing all over our under-sink cabinet until my husband reconnected everything properly. Additionally, the cabinet seal on our dishwasher was installed backwards so that the rubber flap was sticking out. (They fixed this upon request.) Issues like these make us feel uneasy, and we weren’t confident that the work we couldn’t see or notice right away was done right. We wish that an actual plumber had been hired to do the work, as we had expected, or at least that it had been clear up front that this would be the case. Finally, we felt that the workers who were actually doing the job were sometimes careless toward our home. For instance, they piled tools and trash on our back patio, but in the process knocked over a plant and crushed flowers in our flower bed. They got paint smudges on a wooden shelving unit in the kitchen while painting. Similarly, certain details of the job were missed until we pointed them out. The finished product came out well, but we aren’t sure it would have if we had not been carefully supervising. (For instance, they forgot to run an electrical line for the oven until we reminded them, and a different faucet than we had selected was installed. These issues were always corrected once we pointed them out, but we were surprised that mistakes like this were made.)"

"Reliable Property Solutions LLC is an excellent company. We had a major home renovation completed at a very reasonable cost. The renovation included every room in our home from the attic to the basement. We were able to have our 1st floor change to the open concept, and a powder room was also added to our 1st floor layout. A fourth bedroom was installed in our renovated basement. Believe me every inch of our home was renovated. There was not a room that did not receive some type of renovation. It s just like we re living in a brand new home. From the start to the finish we experience outstanding professionalism and excellent customer service that went beyond our expectation. Our needs for this major renovation was thoroughly discussed which included the design, construction, a detailed breakdown cost of labor and materials. All questions were thoroughly answered. Our newly renovated home is gorgeous and breathtaking. We have received so many compliments from people who have visit or seen pictures of our home. We have referred them to Reliable Solutions Property LLC. We have established an excellent relationship, and is looking forward to them returning for our final project which is installing our backyard deck and vinyl fence. We have already received a proposal from them. If you re looking for quality work, service, professionalism, and timeliness then I highly recommend you contacting Reliable Property Solutions LLC.
