"Let me save you some time! I recommend John Scott Roofing 100% hands I asked 10 roofing contractors to come out and give me a price on Owens Coring Duration Designer with peel/stick water barrier. 1-John Scott does his own estimates and goes over all the points needed for a successful roof replacement, prep, warranty and answers all questions, no pressure. ***THIS INCLUDES the signed statement he has paid for materials. WHAT THIS MEANS you will not get a lien on the products installed if the roof company fails to pay for their materials. 2-No down payment and uses their own license and the installers were professional, and cleaned up every nail. 3-Price was the lowest even with a premium product. JS did not charge extra for the premium product either. 10 estimates: John Scott was the lowest, the second closest came in $600 more. The rest $3000-$9,000 MORE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT Be patient, he is booked! The office team was incredible! I cannot say enough about John Scott Roofing!"

"Roman Roofing was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Daniel Stamps gave us a bid on removing our old tile roof and replacing with our roof with new tiles. Daniel was very knowledgeable, efficient and represented his company well. From the beginning, Roman Roofing employees were here when they said they would be, they are hard workers, and cleaned the area before they left. We are very pleased with the complete experience. We are happy to recommend their work ethic on a job well done."

"I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."

"I initially found Westfall roofing on Angie's List, but I found personal opinions from many others on a community app called Nextdoor. I obtained 4 quotes and selected Westfall after meeting Brian, who carefully outlined the roof replacement process and answered all my questions. This is a professional, family-owned company who has a long, established history in Tampa Bay. They were extremely organized and returned all of my calls promptly, and when I could not be reached, sent me emails to follow up. Each individual in this company has their own unique task, and if they could not answer my specific question, they contacted the person who could to give me answers to my concerns. The roofers, skylight installers, and site coordinator took the time to show my husband the progress as it occurred and this was all done with great communication. I was apprised of all phases of the work and if there were delays or issues, I was kept informed. The cleanup was remarkable as there were no traces of debris afterwards. Westfall exceeded my expectations. They were honest and made no attempt to persuade me to use shady tactics to get my homeowners insurance to foot the bill despite the age of my roof. The only thing that was inaccurate was the time estimate for completion of the install, (quoted 2 days, actually took around 4) but there were unforseen circumstances with one of the contractors, and I didn't want a rush job, so it didn't matter to me. I purchased an additional warranty and the wind mitigation was included with this. Feel free to see their reviews on Google, over 400+ and almost 5 stars speaks volumes."

"Ivan's crew did a great job, and the final product looks great. I expanded the scope multiple times and Ivan was always accommodating and happy to help, and Ivan did a pretty good job fielding my never ending questions. His estimate was very fair, and I never got the sense he was trying to "up sell" me on anything. Rather, he was trying to talk me down from spending money on repairs that I did not need. He was very knowledgeable and offered a frank appraisal of the the water intrusion situation at my house. I was at work while most of the work was performed, but the few times I made it home to check on the work, the same worker (Viatli) was there. Really friendly guy who was always willing to walk me through what work was done that day, explain any issues, and answer any questions. Every day, the work site was cleaned up and they were very respectful of my property. I trusted these guys enough to leave my house unlocked during the day in case something came up (see below). A story really drives home how professional these guys are: the electrical in my house is a little shaky, and one day we came home and one of the breakers was blown. No big deal, it happens. But we couldn't get the breaker to reset. I told Ivan and he told Vitali, who reached out to me and explained that the breaker had probably been blown by the air compressor he was using but that he would look into it. The next day he asked if he could reset the breaker, and asked whether there were any electronics that needed to be continually powered or would otherwise have issues with being reset. (I thought this was pretty thoughtful.). He texted me later that day and said the breaker had been reset and that the source of the problem was not the compressor but rather he had nicked a wire while working on a portion of the exterior wall. There was no damage or anything of the sort (again, these things happen), but I was stunned that he was so honest about it. Most contractors would be more than happy to let you keep on thinking that an error on a project is your home's fault and not theirs. To me, it spoke to the fact that these guys are professionals. But here's the kicker. I came home expecting to have to reset all the clocks in the house, but I realized that all the clocks were set to the correct time but still blinking. It dawned on me that Vitali had waited until noon exactly to flip the breaker so that when the clocks reset at 12:00 they would still tell the correct time for the rest of the day. This is such a minor thing, and I wouldn't have minded at all having to reset them myself, but it really spoke volumes to me that he actually thought through the situation to figure out how to minimize any burden on me. What it tells me is that the same level of care went into fixing my walls, and that is the exactly the kind of confidence you want to have when you are paying to have work done where you can only see the finished veneer and not the underlying, hidden parts. Since the walls were redone, we have been pounded by rain storm after rain storm. There have been no leaks in the walls, and no additional moisture in the slab. The finalized product looks great, and I now feel confident about what was previously the most vulnerable part of my home. I will definitely use RIA again for future projects and repairs."

"My wife and I hired Sabal Construction and Roofing to replace our roof, repair damages from the leaking roof and to remodel our master bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience. There were a few hiccups along the way, which I felt were expected given the extent of the work needed however, Cameron and his team were able to swiftly rectify the issues. I would definitely recommend this company to others."
